Parent & Community Invitation: 4-Day School Week Committees
As part of our continued exploration of a potential 4-day school week model, we are forming stakeholder committees to thoughtfully review key elements of this structure. The information gathered by these committees will help inform future School Board discussions and decisions.
The following committees will convene in the coming weeks:
Impact on Students Experiencing Poverty
Friday Enrichment & Student Support Opportunities
We value diverse perspectives and encourage parents, staff, and community members to participate. If you are interested in serving on one of these committees, please contact the district office to express your interest.
Your voice matters as we thoughtfully examine what is best for our students and community.

Ciaran, David and Nolen were able to work in the Columbia Gorge Community College "Hot Shop" practicing fabrication and welding skills after instruction by the manufacturing director, Robert Clark. All of the students said they had a great time and are looking forward to the next time!

From Coach Dion:
Klickwood basketball traveled to Klamath falls for a state playoff game against Crosspoint Christian. We started the game with energy but Crosspoint had a very large team and players that eventually wore our defense down. On the offensive side we struggled to find rhythm, got some good shots but just couldn't get anything to fall. The boys played hard and kept their head up and were great sports. Crosspoint after the game were very good sports and invited us in to their prayer circle and the boys seemed happy to join. Its never fun losing but the experience is one these young men and us coaches will remember for a long time. I am proud of what these young men were able to accomplish and the work they put in to achieve this goal. Thanks everyone who supported us through this journey.
