• Associated Student Body (ASB) funds are public monies raised on behalf of students and are used for optional, noncredit, extra-curricular events and activities of a cultural, athletic, recreational, or social nature.  These funds are not available for curricular or graded student activities.  In general, carryover amounts from one year to another are due to anticipated expenditures for student activities which take more than a year of fundraising.

An ASB Fund Balance Summary Report is given which indicates the ASB 1) fund balance at the beginning of the year, 2) summary data about revenues occurring during the school year, 3) summary data about expenditures occurring during the school year, and 4) the fund balance at the end of the school year.  This information is provided for each of the past five school years.  In addition, ASB fund balance reports which identify individual ASB accounts are given for the last five school years.  Each fund balance report indicates the beginning fund balance as of September 1, transactions during the year, and the ending balance as of August 31.

Additional data elements related to Associated Student Body access and participation are also posted on the website.
